The Program

  • It all begins with trust. You will spend two exciting days in a wonderful location in Berlin to get to know and trust yourself, and everyone in the cohort. You will assess your personal strengths and weaknesses as a leader, reflect on the relationship between your mental health, leadership skills and your desired impact in the world and create your personal leadership development plan for the program.

  • Leading a social impact organization can be incredibly challenging, often involving high levels of stress, pressure, and emotional intensity. Without prioritizing their mental health, leaders can quickly become overwhelmed, burnt out, and unable to effectively fulfill their role.

In this module, you’ll assess your personal mental health, get to know and trust yourself, identify risks and areas of improvement in your mental health, and start taking action to strengthen your personal resources.

  • Self-leadership is the ability to take responsibility for one's own actions, thoughts, and emotions, and to guide oneself toward personal and professional success.

In this module, you’ll assess your self-leadership qualities, reflect on how you prioritize, manage time and take decisions, and learn the necessary tools to achieve your personal vision.

  • Effective leaders understand that they cannot achieve their goals alone; they recognize the value of a motivated and cohesive team working towards a common vision.

In this module, you’ll assess your team leadership skills, you’ll learn to set clear expectations, empower individuals to contribute their unique strengths, and provide guidance and support, while remaining empathetic. You’ll practice identifying friction before it manifests to keep your team effective and healthy.

  • If you want to make an impact, you need to shape your organization’s vision and culture. An organization’s culture is the most important determinant for its social, environmental and economic success.

In this module, you’ll learn to communicate purpose and vision and inspire your organization to execute on that vision. You’ll learn how shaping your organizational culture and architecture can maximize talent, leverage diversity, and drive impact.

  • The closing event marks the culmination of an inspiring and transformative journey of self-discovery and leadership development. It is a celebration of the growth, connections, and shared experiences that have shaped each participant's path towards becoming impactful leaders. In this final gathering, you will come together with your cohort to reflect on the lessons learned, the challenges overcome, and the personal and professional breakthroughs achieved. You will celebrate the bonds forged and the collective impact you are poised to make in the world by discussing your insights with leading experts from the industry.
