Your 5-Month Journey: From Insight to Impact
-
Set your baseline. Define your path.
We begin where all great things do—in person, over deep conversations, coffee, and probably a few laughs. But this isn’t just onboarding. It’s your launchpad.
You’ll meet your cohort, clarify where you’re starting from, and map out where you want to go. Through reflection, coaching, and diagnostics, you’ll connect the dots between your leadership, mental fitness, and physical performance. You’ll receive your Founder Impact Profile baseline, including bloodwork, stress and recovery markers, and a wearable to track your journey.
-
Master the inner game.
You’ve learned to lead others. But what about yourself?
In this module, you’ll slow down and zoom in—on your decisions, your drivers, and the parts of your leadership few ever see.
You’ll explore embodied leadership and nervous system regulation, and leave with tools to lead with intention, not just reaction. Call it CEO of Self.
-
Build trust. Energize your team.
No one builds alone—and no one leads well by accident.
This module is about relational leadership: how to energize, align, and grow others while staying grounded yourself. You’ll explore your capacity to foster trust, set direction, and build meaningful momentum in your team and culture.
-
Step out of the noise. Step into what’s next.
Midway through the program, we leave the city behind and go deep. In a stunning natural setting, you’ll be guided through a multi-day retreat designed to reconnect you with your body, your values, and your next chapter of leadership.
Expect presence. Insight. And a shift that sticks.
We won’t spoil the magic—but you’ll leave changed.
-
Design the culture you want to scale.
Culture isn’t what’s written on your website—it’s how people feel, day after day.
This module zooms out: how can you build a company people want to stay in, grow in, and believe in?
You’ll focus on structure, systems, and narrative—shaping a business that lives your values and delivers real impact.
-
Future-ready leadership, rooted in well-being.
Legacy isn’t built by chance—it’s designed with care.
In this final module, you’ll design your Founder Operating System—a personalized leadership framework to sustain your well-being, your company’s resilience, and the mission that brought you here.
You’ll explore how to lead through uncertainty, integrate regenerative practices, and build a business that serves both people and planet.
-
Celebrate how far you’ve come—and launch what comes next.
We close where we began: together, in person—and this time, expanded.
You’ll complete your post-program assessment, reflect on your progress, and see just how far your leadership, health, and impact have evolved. But this isn’t just a look back—it’s a leap forward.
In a powerful public event, you’ll join an inspiring panel alongside leading voices in health, leadership, and impact. You’ll share the stage with your peers, connect with stakeholders, and invite your team members or co-founders to help transfer what you’ve learned into your organization.
It’s celebration. It’s activation. It’s your launchpad for lasting change.

🧪 Backed by Data. Built for Real Impact.
We measure what matters. From day one, you’ll go through a full-spectrum assessment that tracks your health, performance, and leadership impact.
We collect real, actionable data—from blood biomarkers (like inflammation, stress hormones, and metabolic health) to fitness metrics (VO₂ max, strength, body composition), to wearables that monitor recovery, sleep, and heart rate variability.
We pair this with psychological assessments to measure stress, focus, and mindset with leadership interviews that reveal personal growth edges—and evaluate how your leadership shows up in your team and organization.
The result: your Founder Impact Profile—a science-backed roadmap for your 5-month transformation.

We’ve received funding through the NAWI program—a federal initiative by the EU and BMWK supporting mission-driven companies. That’s what makes it possible to offer this €10,000+ program at a significantly reduced rate for eligible founders.
You don’t have to apply for the funding yourself. We handle the paperwork—you just help us by filling out a few short forms (like SME, Social Enterprise, and De Minimis declarations) and registering in our system.
💡 Heads up: This is the first and most subsidized cohort. Future rounds will likely be more expensive, as funding levels will decrease over time. If you’re thinking about joining, this is your best chance.
-
Not at all. The Health & Fitness Track is a core part of the program—and it’s designed to help you build sustainable habits, not hit performance targets. Whether you’re already health-conscious or just starting out, your plan is fully personalized and rooted in science, not hype. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s creating balance, energy, and practices that hold you long after the program ends.
-
On average, about 2 hours per week. You’ll take part in monthly peer group sessions, monthly executive coaching, and monthly check-ins with your health and fitness coach—plus occasional bonus events. The three in-person gatherings (Kick-Off, Retreat, and Closing) are core to the experience and required. They take place near Berlin.
-
Calls are scheduled to accommodate full-time work schedules. Most sessions will take place either:
During lunch hours (e.g., 12:00–13:30 CET), or
In the early evening (e.g., 18:30–20:00 CET or 20:00–21:30 CET), on a bi-weekly basis
Our goal is to ensure the program fits alongside your professional commitments while creating meaningful space for reflection and growth. We’ll share a detailed schedule well in advance, and where possible, we’ll work with the cohort to align around preferred time slots.
-
In-person participation at the Kick-Off, Retreat, and Closing events is a core part of the experience and mandatory. These gatherings are where deep connection, trust, and transformation happen.
Before applying, please make sure you’re available on the following dates:
Kick-Off: 15–17 August 2025
Retreat: 23–26 October 2025
Closing: 5–7 December 2025
We recommend blocking these dates in your calendar now to protect your spot.
-
Since this program is designed for leaders of small teams or organizations, you must actively lead a team of at least 3 people—co-founders included.
-
It’s a short self-declaration confirming that your business contributes to climate protection. It’s required for participants in publicly funded programs like ours to access additional EU/BMWK support.
You don’t need to be a climate-only organization. You’re eligible if your business:
Develops climate-friendly technologies, products, or services
Promotes circular economy, resource efficiency, or biodiversity
Helps reduce emissions or supports the climate transition
Does not engage in fossil fuel production or environmentally harmful practices
At least two-thirds of our cohort must complete this form for us to maintain this higher level of funding—so if your work fits, signing it helps the whole community.
We’ll walk you through it. It’s simple, fast, and part of making public funding more impactful.
-
Yes—you can still apply. While signing the Eigenerklärung Klimaschutz strengthens your application and helps us meet our funding requirements, it’s not mandatory for individual eligibility.
-

Cimberley had been shaping the European climate tech space for the last 6 years, with leading roles in striving carbon removal and ESG companies and supported one of the first European Impact VCS, in raising > 100m€. As the former lead of the VOYAGER's community in Berlin, she organised large-scale community events and intimate discussion circles for striving founders, investors and scientists from the climate tech and health tech space, providing safe spaces.
Throughout her career, she was always working closely with founders, investors and broader ecosystems. And being exposed to them, one thing stood out: An enormous presence of stress, burnout and leadership challenges and a key absence of health support and wellbeing (-which she experienced first hand as well). Hence, in 2021, she decided to pursue her personal interest in physical, mental and emotional health in high-pressure environments and dedicated the last 4.5 years to deep diving professionally into the area of burnout, stress management, performance and health. As a coach and trainer, she is supporting founders, startups and large-scale companies in their journey to transform their work culture and health approach. Always driven by science, hungry for deep dives and creating experiences, she is making use of her superpower of connecting the dots and building powerful relationships. Her mission is to provide holistic support to companies and individuals and build a program the world needs.

Franziska is a creative strategist, well-being facilitator, and former startup CEO of Humanize, a $1.3M-funded tech startup focused on social neuroscience and contemplative mindfulness practices. She is passionate about building mindful, inclusive, and sustainable futures. As Program Lead at Accelerate Health, she leads initiatives at the intersection of innovation, digital health, and human connection, fostering solutions that support mental and emotional well-being.
With a professional journey spanning finance, product development, strategic communications, and education, Franziska brings a unique blend of analytical and intuitive thinking to her work. She has lived and worked internationally, from Germany and Silicon Valley to New York and Indonesia, collaborating with diverse teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Franziska also teaches mindfulness, meditation, and movement, designing transformative embodiment experiences for individuals and organizations like Lavera, Babbel, and GRID. Her work blends research, creativity, and compassion to help people and systems connect more deeply with themselves, each other, and the world around them.
She believes in the power of heart-centered business to catalyze purposeful change and brings that ethos into every project she leads.

After a masters degree in corporate management and economics, Gerjet worked for NGOs, a development bank and for 5 years as a product manager and UX Designer in various health and sports tech startups in Berlin. In 2018 Gerjet founded his own startup Skill Yoga with the mission to make yoga more accessible to a masculine identifying audience. After growing it to 15 employees, more than 1mn€ revenue and raising 1.8mn€ in a seed round, he experienced firsthand the loneliness, isolation, stress, financial hardship, and burnout associated with building a startup. His empathy for the founder journey and his training in yoga, meditation, mindfulness coaching and breath work led him to create support systems around the thesis that healthy founders equal successful founders and healthy returns.

Dominika is a full-stack marketer and brand strategist with a soft spot for psychology and a sharp eye for story. For the past 8 years, she’s helped global brands like McDonald’s and Raiffeisenbank shape their narratives—and supported impact founders in the health and sustainability space to do the same. From crafting brand strategy and content that truly resonate to coaching leaders to speak with clarity and confidence, she’s all about turning ideas into stories people feel. Her work has not only increased brand visibility, but attracted leads, partnerships, and talent.
Having experienced the loneliness that comes with entrepreneurship, she discovered its most powerful antidote: community. She believes that strong relationships are the best predictors of health, happiness, and long-term success. As a Marketing Lead at accelerate health, she’s focused on building a strong brand movement around health-first leadership and a community that leads with heart.
Her mission is to create a world where every leader feels seen, supported and energised to drive meaningful change.

Prajwal is a Creative Director and Storyteller with a deep belief in the power of content to connect, inspire, and drive change. At Accelerate Health, he crafts content that speaks directly to impact-driven leaders—founders, changemakers, and builders—helping them navigate the emotional and mental load of building businesses with heart. From social media campaigns to video storytelling and brand identity, his work lives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and mental well-being.
Before joining Accelerate Health, Prajwal co-founded a creative studio in India, leading projects across storytelling, video direction, design, and content strategy. His creative approach is shaped by a long-standing interest in psychology and mental health—something that has always been his interest even in his stories as a screenwriter.
Now, as part of a mission-led team, Prajwal’s goal is simple but powerful: to make content that not only looks good but feels real. Content that supports founders not just in their hustle, but in their healing. Because building impactful businesses takes more than hustle—it takes resilience, clarity, and a story worth telling.

We begin where all great things do — in person, over deep conversations, coffee, and probably a few laughs.
This isn't dry onboarding. It’s your chance to meet the crew, map out where you’re starting from, and get real about where you want to go. You’ll reflect on how your leadership, mental fitness, and performance are all connected — and leave with a personalized plan that sets the tone for everything that follows.
You’ll get a full-spectrum health check — including bloodwork, stress markers, and recovery capacity — plus a wearable to track your journey throughout the program.
-
You might have learned how to lead others. But what about yourself?
This module invites you to slow down, zoom in, and explore: your drivers for decision making, the areas where you spend most of your energy, and the areas which usually no one knows, besides yourself. We will explore resilient, embodied leadership styles, rooted in nervous system mastery and identity-level change.
You’ll leave with tools to lead with intention, not just reaction. Call it CEO of Self.
-
No one builds alone. And no one leads well by accident.
This module is about building teams that don’t just work — they work together. You’ll learn how to foster trust, set clear direction, and lead in a way that not just energises you, but especially the ones around you. We will explore your ability to build meaningful momentum.
-
Midway through the program, we leave the city and enter something much deeper. In a stunning natural setting just outside Berlin, you'll be guided through a multi-day retreat designed to reconnect you with your body, your inner compass, and your next level of leadership.
Expect connection. Expansion. And experiences that bypass your brain and speak directly to your soul.
We won’t spoil the magic — but know this: you’ll walk out different than you came in.
-
Culture isn’t what’s written on the walls. It’s how people feel — day after day.
In this module, we zoom out. How can you shape a company that people want to stay in, grow in, and contribute to? You’ll work on structure, systems, and story. It’s all about your values, your impact-driven mission and how to build an organisation based on this.
This is where your vision becomes real.
-
Legacy isn’t built in a moment — it’s shaped by the systems you create to sustain it.
In this final module, we shift from short and mid-term momentum to long-term mastery. You’ll design your personalised Founder Operating System — a sustainable leadership framework that supports not only your personal wellbeing but also your company’s resilience and the overall mission you’re here for: Protecting and improving our planet. This is where holistic leadership meets future readiness: we’ll explore how to lead through uncertainty, integrate regenerative practices, and build a business that thrives while advancing the planet’s future.
This is your Day One of Legacy Leadership — rooted in strength, guided by values, built to last.
-
We finish the way we started — in person, and most likely a little teary-eyed.
The closing ceremony is your space to reflect, celebrate how far you’ve come, and get the support for what’s next. You'll reconnect with your cohort, impactful change makers and share your biggest wins and lessons to get ready for your DAY ONE.
And yes, you’ll probably already be planning a reunion.
