Our mission at Accelerate Health is to empower ambitious founders and leaders on their journey through tailored, holistic approaches in the areas of health, leadership, and personal development.

About the program

☀️ It all starts this summer! The first of four iterations of our Build & Thrive for Impact program begins.

This unique, health-focused leadership program is aimed at leaders in the impact sector and combines executive coaching, peer groups, leadership retreats, and a holistic fitness and health program.

🎯 Our goal: To strengthen leaders not only mentally but also physically – so that they and their organizations remain powerful, resilient, and effective in the long term.

🌍 Our mission: To empower the people who tirelessly work to address social and environmental challenges.

Your role

As our Leadership Journey Developer and Co-Host, you will shape the central development journey in our program for leaders in the impact sector, with a focus on climate and health startups. Together with our Program Lead, you will shape the atmosphere, depth and quality of the program and help to develop it further.

You will have a high degree of responsibility for providing holistic support to our cohort throughout the program, encompassing retreats, peer groups, and one-on-one coaching sessions. You will contribute your experience in group processes, coaching and facilitation and ensure psychological safety, spaces for reflection and effective transformation.

This role is aimed at experienced coaches or facilitators with a leadership focus who are keen to help shape a growing development program for founders and managers. It offers a lot of creative freedom, and at the same time, the part-time model makes it easy to combine with other projects.

What you’ll be in charge of

🔹 Program Development & Design:

  • You will help develop the content of the program based on feedback, your experience and current international insights from leadership and transformation work.

  • You will also contribute by translating all findings and evaluations into our annual EU report

🔹 Design, moderation & guiding the leadership journey at the in-person events:

  • Together with the Program Lead, you will design our retreats, kick-offs, deep dives and closing events - with a focus on atmosphere, effectiveness and depth. You explicitly take on responsibility at the respective workshop retreats and are trained to lead and implement transformation processes (in the areas of self-leadership, team leadership and organisational leadership) in groups in terms of content and effectiveness.

  • Dates of program events: Kickoff on 29-31 Aug, Retreat on 23–26 Oct, Closing event on 5–7 Dec, 2025.

🔹 Supporting our cohort emotionally and operationally through the program, with a clear focus on group processes, dynamics, personal development and leadership growth.

🔹 Responsible for 1:1 coaching of 1-2 participants per cohort.

🔹 Leading together and independently, a large part of our bi-weekly peer group sessions.

🔹 Contributing your own ideas, methods or impulses that complement and expand our vision.

Collaboration & Team Structure

  • You will work closely with the Program Lead in tandem and support evaluations.

  • You are part of an agile, small team with a flat hierarchy, regular team meetings (Mon & Wed mornings) and a high level of personal responsibility.

What you bring

✔ Sound experience in facilitation, leadership coaching, process support or similar work - ideally in an impact or startup context.

✔ A good feel for group processes, can provide proximity and structure and feel responsible for the quality of the space.

✔ You work in a structured, independent manner and like to contribute creatively and co-creatively.

✔ You enjoy real encounters - both online and offline - and bring openness, depth and clarity to the table.

✔ You are fluent in English and can ideally speak German well (both needed in sessions and communication)

✔ You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. social sciences, psychology, education, coaching, organisational development, etc.) - a prerequisite for project funding.

✔ You can attend our fixed team meetings (Mon & Wed mornings).

What we offer you

🏡 Flexibility & self-organisation:

  • 19.5 hours/week - with a high degree of freedom in distribution (outside of events and touchpoints).

  • The role can be easily combined with other projects - please coordinate longer absences in advance.

Planning security:

  • The position is fully funded by project funds until June 2027, with the opportunity for further development within the project.

📚 Impact & development:

  • You play an active role in shaping how we provide holistic support to Impact Leaders - in terms of content, structure and atmosphere.

  • You can contribute your strengths and methods and work with us to further develop what leadership needs today.

💡 Team & Culture:

  • We are a small, diverse, committed team with a high level of openness, trust and a deep commitment to impact.

  • We work in a distributed & agile way, with clear rituals and room for humanity.

  • Holidays & time off can be planned flexibly - we live by trust and responsibility.
