About Accelerate Health
Our mission at Accelerate Health is to empower ambitious founders and leaders on their journey through tailored, holistic approaches in the areas of health, leadership, and personal development.
About the program
Build & Thrive for Impact is a 4-month leadership program that puts health at the heart of impact. Tailored for founders and leaders in climate-tech and social entrepreneurship, it blends a science-backed health and fitness curriculum with transformative leadership coaching, immersive retreats, and founder peer circles. The program is designed to help leaders restore their energy, sharpen their clarity, and grow with intention—so they can thrive while building what truly matters.
Your role
As our Leadership Journey Facilitator, you’ll co-create and lead the core experience of Build & Thrive: a transformational journey for founders in climate and health impact.
In partnership with our Program Lead, you’ll shape the program’s depth, tone, and flow — from immersive retreats to peer circles and 1:1 coaching. You’ll guide leaders through reflection, growth, and embodied leadership.
You bring a background in coaching, facilitation, or therapy (e.g. Gestalt), and a deep understanding of purpose-driven founders—their ambition, complexity, and need for grounding. Your role is to hold space for meaningful transformation and sustainable impact.
This part-time role offers creative freedom, shared ownership, and the opportunity to grow a regenerative, human-centered program.
What you’ll be in charge of
🔹 Leadership Journey Design & Program Development
Co-design and continuously refine the core learning journey — from curriculum to content — rooted in real founder needs, your own expertise, and leading-edge leadership and transformation practices.
Shape a developmental arc that integrates holistic health, self-leadership, interpersonal leadership, and organizational leadership, ensuring depth, flow, and measurable impact.
After each program cycle (4 rounds in 2 years), evaluate outcomes and feedback, and co-lead the program’s evolution into the next iteration.
🔹 In-Person Event Design & Facilitation
Co-create and co-lead our signature in-person events:
3-day Kickoff (Aug 29–31)
4-day Retreat (Oct 23–26)
3-day Closing Event (Dec 5–7)
Design these experiences for depth, emotional resonance, and transformation, ensuring a cohesive thread across the full journey.
Facilitate group processes and lead sessions that support growth in leadership identity, team dynamics, and systems thinking.
🔹 Emotional & Operational Cohort Support
Serve as a steady presence for the full 4-month journey — offering emotional, relational, and practical support to a cohort of ~20 founders and leaders.
Lead and guide founders’ circles (bi-weekly peer sessions).
Provide monthly 1:1 leadership coaching to selected participants, creating space for personal reflection and sustainable growth.
🔹 Thought Partnership & Program Growth
Bring your own methods, tools, and ideas to help deepen and expand the Build & Thrive offering.
Collaborate closely with the Program Lead and core team to grow this into a scalable business product, with lasting value for the impact sector.
Help strengthen a team culture of care, creativity, and reflective practice.
What you bring
✔ Hands-on leadership experience — you’ve led a team or organization yourself and understand the real-world challenges of leadership from the inside.
✔ 3+ years in leadership development — whether through coaching, facilitation, therapy, or designing programs and retreats, you have a solid track record guiding leaders through meaningful growth.
✔ Confident facilitation and program design — you’re skilled at leading sessions, designing learning journeys, and holding space for both individuals and groups.
✔ Strong grasp of group dynamics — you know how to foster psychological safety and create containers for deep, authentic work.
✔ Self-directed and collaborative — you take initiative and ownership, but also enjoy building things together in a team.
✔ Bonus: experience with retreats or peer-based formats — such as kickoffs, founder circles, or immersive offsites.
✔ Grounded emotional presence — you bring openness, clarity, and calm to both online and in-person spaces.
✔ Fluent in English; ideally conversational in German for sessions and internal communication.
✔ Relevant academic background — Bachelor’s degree or higher in psychology, education, coaching, social sciences, or organizational development (required for public funding).
What we offer you
🏡 Flexibility & Self-Organization
This is a part-time (19.5 hrs/week) role with a high degree of flexibility outside of set events and team check-ins. You can combine it with other meaningful projects, and we support autonomy and self-leadership in how you manage your time.
⏳ Stability & Growth Potential
The position is fully funded until June 2027, with strong potential for long-term collaboration as we grow Build & Thrive into a scalable product supporting impact leaders across Europe.
👥 A Human, Co-Creative Team Culture
You’ll join a small, purpose-driven team that works in a distributed, agile way with flat hierarchies, regular check-ins (Mon & Wed mornings), and a strong foundation of trust, openness, and co-creation. We balance clarity and structure with space for personal connection and creativity.
📚 Real Impact & Meaningful Development
You’ll guide experienced founders and leaders from the climate and social entrepreneurship space through deep leadership transformation — while also helping shape the content, structure, and quality of the program itself. You’ll have room to contribute your own methods, perspectives, and potentially even your network, helping shape a next-generation leadership offering for the impact sector.
Sounds like you?
