Our mission at Accelerate Health is to empower ambitious founders and leaders on their journey through tailored, holistic approaches in the areas of health, leadership, and personal development.

Background:

We are currently developing a health-oriented leadership program that promotes holistic health as a leadership resource. The program is based on public funding and designed for leaders in the impact sector. It combines executive coaching, peer support, and leadership retreats with holistic fitness and health coaching and aims to support those who tirelessly work to address the most pressing social and environmental challenges of our time.

Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Head of Coaching to lead the coaching efforts of our program. This full-time role is central to the success of our initiative, as you will be responsible for designing and delivering coaching and training that not only addresses mental health but also fosters leadership development and personal well-being. As a key member of our seven-person team, you will have the chance to make a profound impact on the lives of our participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and refine the coaching curriculum for our leadership programs, including in-person retreats, executive coaching, peer groups, and health and fitness coaching formats.

• Build and manage a network of top-tier impact coaches specializing in mental health, leadership development, and health & fitness.

• Provide direct one-on-one and group coaching, helping participants navigate the challenges of leading impact-driven startups.

• Work closely with the Program Lead to ensure that coaching activities integrate with the program’s overarching goals.

• Measure and track participant progress using tools such as the Health-oriented Leadership Scale and Health & Fitness Assessments.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in coaching, with a focus on holistic health, leadership development, or executive coaching.

• Proven ability to design and lead impactful training programs in high-pressure environments.

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, experience managing a network of professional coaches is a plus.

• German language skills and a personal background in mental health, fitness, or leadership coaching are highly desirable.
